One of the places where I always wanted to go was in India, you can imagine it, but do not live it until you’re there. Finally I went this February, taking advantage of the largest religious pilgrimage in the world, Kumbh Mela, where 120 million people attend! Do you realize how Hinduism marks its lives, and what is it: a way of life or a religion?
India is surprised by its colors, its intense life on the street, its smells, food and especially its people. From here, I want to show a photographic gathering at the Ulldecona Quinquennals Festivities, an exhibition that you can see at the Tourist Office from September 7 to 15 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Sundays only in the morning.
I would like to thank Carme Fernàndez for the opportunity to show this work so personal in the Ulquicentennial Quinquennals. Hope you see it!
